Okay, I think that the term "sex offender" needs to be redefined. Currently if someone is 18, and they have sex with someone 16 or 17 they are placed on the "sex offender" list. That is ridiculus. To this I agree, let's not give them any special treatment. But the truth is that convicted sex offenders, particularly violent offenders are actually given special treatment in prison and kept away from the general prison population for “ their ..... 1 day instead of taking revenge like most do about sex offenders. Its like a witch hunt. Its very bias, its discriminating…..ok so i can't spell…….we need a plan to cure if they can be, not create barbaric solutions. ...Under “active” monitoring, sex offenders carry a portable tracking device that allows law enforcement to watch them 24 hours a day. Those under “passive” monitoring are watched more loosely, with their movements reported only when offenders recharge ...
